We are interested in the person behind the profile. Every candidate first has a personal meeting with us; nobody is sent to an employer unseen.
On board in four steps
1. Register
You register with your CV and briefly tell us what you are looking for: position, sailing area, schedule.
2. Personal meeting
We invite you to Utrecht or call at length. We want to know what drives you, because then we also know what makes you happy at work.
3. The match
A passenger vessel calls for a different kind of candidate than a tanker. We only introduce you to a shipowner where it fits.
4. On board
Temporary, on call or permanent: we arrange the contract and remain your point of contact for as long as you sail through us.
Papers in order, experience on board
- A valid service record book (dienstboekje) with a stamp no older than one year
- Boatmaster licences and certificates matching your position
- Demonstrable experience in the sector you apply for (tanker, dry cargo, passenger shipping)
- Availability for shifts of one or more weeks
